The Hult Prize challenges university students to build for-profit startups that tackle the world's toughest problems — from food security to clean energy — while addressing at least one UN Sustainable Development Goal.
Backed by the Hult family and Hult International Business School, and judged over the years by figures including former US President Bill Clinton and Nobel laureate Muhammad Yunus, it's been described as the “Nobel Prize for students.” Hult Prize UNIVERSITY OF LAGOS runs the on-campus leg of that journey here at the University of Lagos.

Teams register through Hult Prize UNIVERSITY OF LAGOS or apply directly online, then pitch their venture idea to qualify.

Winning teams from campuses across the country compete for a place in the global rounds.

Selected teams get mentorship and build out their business model remotely.
